We are a small facility and do not have loaner cars or shuttle services which might add to the overall cost of your visit. Uber and Lyft services are typically the most utilized ride share services in our area.
Mporium BMW service is by appointment only and schedules visits ahead of time to ensure timely repair flow for all visitors. Call, email, or text us with your BMW’s needs and we’ll find a convenient time for drop-off. Some visits for simple services like oil change or alignment can be waited on. Once we have assessed your BMW and provided an estimate for repairs, further completion timelines are discussed as needed.

Mporium BMW is located within the private Aero-Country Airport in McKinney, Texas. This is a fun location, however when visiting please be mindful of all airport signage for vehicle traffic and be courteous to all. Aircraft have the right-of-way at all times. Never attempt to drive on the main runway or its parallel black asphalt taxi-way with the yellow center stripe. We are easy to find by following directions provided by all current navigation software. Please observe the strict 25 mph speed limit and never use the grounds for performance driving at any time. These rules are actively enforced by airport personnel and violation may result in legal action by the FAA.
Yes! Mporium can arrange after-hour vehicle pick up via our Customer Key Pickup lock boxes at our front door. For drop-offs outside of business hours, we have a key drop box at our front door to securely receive your key. Of course we do request all drop offs be scheduled and expected prior to drop off. In case of an emergency drop off please leave your contact information with the car and an email or text for additional detail. Always observe signage and park among the other cars in the parking area and never in the taxiway.
Yes, Mporium has partnered with third party financing companies for the convenience of our clients. Just reach out if you know your visit will require financing. Of course, Mporium accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
No, Mporium BMW is not a labor-only shop and cannot install parts that you purchased on your own. We are a full service facility and quote all services to include parts and labor. This ensures that the correct parts of Genuine or OE quality are used and enables us to preserve our 2 year 24,000 mile warranty for every job. Please avoid inquiring about labor-only quotes to install customer-provided parts.
