Requesting Service for Your BMW

We are a quality focused facility and operate on an appointment basis Monday through Friday. We can be reached by phone, email, text, or social media messaging. Don’t be discouraged if it takes a couple of attempts to contact us. We are always working in the shop! When you reach us, you’re talking to one of the experts, not just a receptionist.

Regarding pricing, Mporium BMW will provide accurate estimates after your vehicle has been assessed, part numbers identified, and actual labor costs established. We avoid estimates by phone or email for any non-standard repair (i.e. alignment, oil change, etc). This avoids disappointments for either party in the event that the quote differs from a low rough estimate that gets you in the door.
